For his birthday, Raider really wanted a long-board (aka a “long” skate board for those who aren’t familiar like me). James took to it immediately and sneaks it away every chance he gets, rolling around the house and trying to ride just like Raider. Ever since I saw him playing on the long-board, I have been wanting to find some time to do a little session with it. This week I finally caught a spare hour and decided to bring along the whole gang. We found a great back-alley downtown and set up our little photo session:
Grandma bought James this adorable hat several months ago. She said she saw it and thought it would be perfect for a photo session. I couldn’t agree more. Thanks Grandma!!!

Whenever the boys aren’t paying attention, Haylie likes to sneak a little time with the long-board too:

…and Mr. Skater Boy himself:

I’ve also really been wanting to use these cool glasses that we got at the movie theater when we saw Toy Story 3 in 3D. Aren’t they so funny on James?![]()

Raider got himself a pair too!

Raider is such a good big brother, he often helps James skate like a big boy… and this was Haylie’s pose all on her own – I was snapping pics of Raider when Haylie jumped on the board and said look how cute I look Mom – that’s my little model girl![]()

I love finding the time for fun shoots and new pics of the kids!![]()
